Noufal Mohamed Basheer is a strategy and finance executive with over 12 years of experience leading growth, transformation, and multi-market execution across complex business environments. As Director of Strategy at PepsiCo, he plays a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and channel growth for the company’s Away-From-Home business — one of PepsiCo’s most commercially dynamic and operationally demanding verticals.

Noufal operates at the intersection of corporate strategy, applied AI, commercial execution, and large-scale transformation. His work focuses on turning complex business challenges into structured growth opportunities — identifying where technology, data, and new operating models can create measurable impact across markets, channels, and customer experiences.

Before joining PepsiCo, Noufal was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised C-suite leaders across industries on strategy, growth, and emerging technology adoption. During this time, he developed frameworks for systematically identifying, prioritizing, and evaluating business problems that could be solved through AI-driven solutions, positioning him as an early practitioner in the practical application of artificial intelligence to enterprise strategy.

More recently, Noufal has been at the forefront of deploying agentic AI systems to solve real-world customer experience challenges. His work includes designing and overseeing implementations where autonomous AI agents manage complex, multi-step business workflows — moving AI beyond pilots and experimentation into solutions with tangible commercial value.

Noufal holds an MBA with honors from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
