Nobel by Chef Shishkov / Chef and Creative Director
Tanyo Shishkov was born in 1986 is Sofia, Bulgaria. His professional education went from tourism high school in Sofia, through graduating a senior year in Las Vegas, NV and master degree in economics and tourism in Bulgaria. He has participated in the 33 and 34 ASI’s (Association of the Sommeliers International) assembly in Chile and Andorra. At the age of 19 he became the Best Sommelier of Bulgaria.
Since 2007 he is founder and general manager of event and catering company in Sofia, founder of Bulgarian Gourmet Society and brand ambassador of a big European company. Since 2018 he is partner, creative director and head chef on a fine dining restaurant in Plovdiv.
