Since March 2013 he is responsible for business development of Smart Adserver company in Central and Eastern Europe with focus on display, mobile video and programmatic. As a specialist on ad-tech and RTB market he has deep knowledge and experience with optimization of publishers’ revenue in programmatic channel.Active member of Internet Advertising Bureau Poland as participant of Programmatic and Adserver Technology groups as well as member of chapter and jury at IAB Mixx Awards & Conference.Speaker at numerous international conferences (iCEE, Bucharest, Romania,; Internet Hungary; DPAD, Romania; Romanian NewMedia Conference, etc.) and Polish ones (i.a. AdStandard; Mobile Trends Conference; Internet Poland; AdUniverse; SEMstandard).Author of many publications about Internet advertising in industry publications such as; IAB annual reports and guides; Marketing w Praktyce; Informedia Poland and many others.Formerly he worked at as Business Development Director, Managing Director at ( Group) and as Business Analyst at IBM Deutschland in Stuttgart.Tomasz graduated Arhus School of Business in Denmark with specialization Business Performance Management and Warsaw School of Economics with specialization Marketing and Management. He was a scholar at Wirtschaftuniersität Wien in Austria.He is fanatical squash-player, addicted snowboarder and passionate kite-surfer.
