Tenyks (YC-backed) is a University of Cambridge spin-out building a Visual Intelligence platform that provides brick-and-mortar operators with real-time visibility into bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and lost revenue opportunities. It plugs into existing cameras and unleashes an army of Visual AI agents to transform “dumb” security video into operational KPIs like speed-of-service, queue length, and staff utilisation, so operators can react instantly. Tenyks is already working with 3 of the Top 10 restaurant brands in the U.S. and was publicly endorsed by McDonald’s Director of Operations as the pioneering AI solution for restaurant operational visibility. Botty holds a PhD in Visual AI from the University of Cambridge and a patent in Explainable Visual AI.
