For me, entrepreneurship has always been more than a career—it’s my life’s path, my way of turning dreams into reality. I started working at 14 in marketing and sales, learning how to connect with people and bring ideas to life. Those early experiences taught me that success isn’t just about what you sell—it’s about inspiring, engaging, and believing in yourself. At 21, I turned my passion for education into action by founding LeadersPlay, a company making learning exciting for kids and teens aged 7 to 19. Through games and interactive experiences, we help young people master entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and personal development, proving that growth can be fun. My biggest dream, however, has always been to create immersive worlds that captivate and connect people. That dream became Incineration Productions, the indie game dev studio I co-founded in 2018. Our goal is to become the most recognizable AAA studio for video games and interactive immersive experiences in the Balkans. With experience in AA and AAA games, our team specializes in multiplatform development and innovative gameplay. We’ve released two games and delivered over 20 projects worldwide. We create immersive VR experiences and advanced simulations for industries like medicine, automotive, and military. Proud to be a partner of Unity Technologies, we also leverage cutting-edge tools like motion matching, adaptive music, and advanced character controllers to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions that meet rigorous standards for performance and innovation. But Incineration Productions is more than a studio - it’s part of Bulgaria’s thriving game development ecosystem, and I’m deeply committed to its growth. My co-founder and I support the community by sponsoring and organizing events like Sofia Game Night, Sofia Game Jam, Plovdiv Game Jam, and Hardcore Game Jam. In 2024, we helped organize Bulgaria’s first national booth at Gamescom, providing local developers a platform to showcase their talent and connect with industry leaders. We also co-organize the Createch Summit, a free conference featuring international speakers and mentorship sessions for indie developers. Beyond events, we own the official Unity Developers group for Bulgaria, hosting free monthly meetups that bring together aspiring and established developers to learn, connect, and grow. With passion, determination, and the right team, I believe even a small studio from a small country can make a global impact.
