Eng.Plamen Panchev is Chairman of BD of Sienit Holding SA, Trakia Economic zone and Bulgarian- Chinese business development association.

Plamen Panchev is a graduate in University of Forestry - Sofia with specialty "Landscaping". He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Sienit Holding, a leading company in the construction industry in Bulgaria. Sienit Holding SA integrates multilateral business processes and services in the construction industry. The aim of the company is to open Bulgarian and foreign investors, to provide them with favorable conditions for realization in the most efficient way of their production, warehousing and trading activity in all phases of the investment process.
