Mariya Filipova leads Deloitte's global Future of Work program, a portfolio of investments that use exponential technologies (e.g. blockchain, artificial intelligence) to redefine the way we do and monetize work. Ms. Filipova leads a team across Europe, Asia and the Americas to incubate and scale the "Future of Work" solutions across Deloitte's global client base with the objective to transform workforce planning, talent acquisition, and ultimately redefine entire professions across industries.
Ms. Filipova's past experience as an entrepreneur and wall street analyst has shaped her perspective on transformation in highly regulated industries. In healthcare she works with executives and policy makers to accelerate adoption of technology and new business models in order to transform traditional models of care. She is a trusted advisor to new entrants in healthcare from start-ups to established industry leaders in e-commerce, retail and tech.
Mariya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and International Relations, summa cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
