David has joined Sberbank in December 2017, he leads the technology transformation of the bank and manages the Technology block with over 30,000 IT professionals.
Before Sberbank David worked at Citibank in New York for almost 20 years, where he has started his career as a Lead Solutions Architect and worked his way up to the position of Global Head of Finance & Risk Infrastructure Technology and Deputy Head & CTO of Global Functions Technology Services.
He holds a master's degree in Software Development from Tel Aviv University.
