As VP of Partnership Development EMEA, Ashley is responsible for developing partnerships and commercial opportunities for McLaren Racing with brands and businesses globally. Operating at the pinnacle of global motorsport, McLaren uses innovation and a data driven approach to deliver authentic and objective driven team partnerships.
A Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, Ashley began his career at Just Marketing International, a specialist motorsport marketing agency that was later acquired by CSM. Before joining McLaren, Ashley lead the commercial motorsport efforts at Pitch International, embarking on his journey at the coveted Formula 1 team in early 2017.
