Kaydon has 30 years in advanced technology development in various industries to include defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, transportation, telecommunications (incl. telematics, GPS), health care, and military systems. He has 22 years as a DoD Expert Advisor for VTOL aircraft programs (COEA, MRO, MENS,etc.) Previously, Mr. Stanzione was a Senior Engineer at Boeing in Advanced Vehicle Design. He has authored 150 programs, books, and articles which are in use worldwide. Mr. Stanzione was an original advisor to the USA Centers of Rotorcraft Excellence at Georgia Tech, UMD, and PSU. As an entrepreneur, his work includes inventions in electronic hardware, software, telecommunications, and, decision support systems, Mr. Stanzione has extensive experience in raising funds, strategic vision & planning, rapid prototyping, and design-to-build. Mr. Stanzione was also a flight test pilot and engineer with experience in the US Army and NATO defense programs.
