Istanbul- October 12, 2012 Webit Congress kicked off with the speeches of Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Binali Yıldırım, the President of the Turkish Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Dr Tayfun Acarer and the Chairman and Founder of Webit Congress, Mr. Plamen Russev.
