As CEO of G2, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Pietro’s focus is driving pan-regional growth of the agency’s multi-disciplinary capabilities, building on expanding relations with multinational and local clients and establishing a strong management network.
Pietro was promoted to Chief Executive Officer, (CEO) Europe, Middle East and Africa, in early 2010, an expansion of his previous role as EMEA Chief Operating Officer after just one year.
With over 20 years in the marketing services and advertising industry, Pietro has exceptional experience in growing both brands and businesses across borders and disciplines. An expert in the complex and growing EMEA region, he brings tremendous value and positive momentum to G2’s clients and agency with his outstanding knowledge of the market and his impressive track record for driving growth for both client and agency businesses.
Pietro first joined Grey over 20 years ago working across key regions in EMEA including Italy and CEE. As CEO for Grey Central Eastern Europe (CEE), Italy and Turkey, he managed Grey’s marketing communications efforts across twenty-two markets, driving success in one of the most important regions in EMEA, prior to his appointment to lead G2 in the EMEA market.
He has worked extensively with global, regional and local marketers including Vodafone, Procter & Gamble, Mars, Nokia, BP, SmithKline Beecham, Emirates, Wyeth and GM’s Chevrolet.
