Currently, Gokhan takes the role of Digital Marketing Manager for the Balkans, TICCAR, MEA  / CEEMEA Mobile Marketing Head

Responsibility: Across 10 business units (50+ key markets) setting up the digital marketing organization, delivery model and platforms. Leading top priority disruptive digital innovation projects to enable P&G brands to reach more consumers more deeply, at lower costs. Managing a team of 8 project managers. Main focus competencies; client management, organization development, service management and innovation portfolio management.

Accomplishments:  
First time ever in P&G globally; integrated mobile programs to reach underserved African consumers
Initiated and established the eCommerce channel and team first time in Turkey and Arabian Peninsula hubs
Breakthrough intervention in Balkans and Arabian Peninsula regions - set up the digital team and holistic digital platform within a quarter; record turnaround in the global scorecard.
Lead various digital marketing trainings and consultancy to brand teams, on mobile, eMarketing etc.
