Ben Scott-Robinson is a founder and Head of Creative and User Experience at We Love Mobile. Ben has been working in mobile since 2001. His mobile career started at Hutchison Telecom where he was responsible for the user experience of the world’s first interactive mobile products. Ben then spent over three years as a senior consultant for the Orange Group Design and Usability team, working on a range of mobile content related products. Ben is one of the mobile industry’s leading experts in user experience, and recently won the 2008 MEX Mobile User Experience Innovator of the Year award. He has been instrumental in the design and delivery of a number of mobile products including 3 Travel, 3 Messages, ShoZu v2 J2ME, TagText integrated avatar messaging, Orange Downloads, Orange Music, Orange Games, and a number of brand or operator-specific guideline documents around mobile application design, mobile internet portal design, and mobile interaction translations of brand.
