Evgeny is Chairman of the Bulgarian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. He is also Managing Partner of Silverline Capital, a mezzanine & growth equity fund. Previously, Evgeny was the Economic Advisor to the President of Bulgaria and Deputy Minister of Economy. Prior to his public sector roles, Evgeny was a banker in London. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
