Ms. Roussinova has more than 20 years of experience in the public sector and in the field of labour and social affairs. Throughout her career Ms. Roussinova has worked with several international organizations and key national partners. She has shown outstanding leadership and coordination skills and a strong commitment to issues and topics of high societal relevance. As a Deputy Minister and prior – as a Director General of European Funds, International Programmes and Projects Directorate of Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Ms. Roussinova has demonstrated great determination to her duties and openness to dialogue and cooperation.
