Sriram leads the Growth Capital and Innovation M&A to advise clients on investment and M&A decisions in the disruptive innovation eco-system. 

He has advised clients on a range of complex issues covering growth & innovation strategy, M&A strategy, new venture launch, business delivery models and change management. His clients include Softbank, KKR, Uber, Bank of America, UBS, Aviva, BT, Ricoh and Freshfields.   

Sriram is also the Global Head of M&A Insight and leads a high-profile multidisciplinary team that seeks to position Deloitte with clients to drive insight-led M&A opportunities. He led the Deloitte research on corporate cash that received front page global media coverage at Davos WEF.

He is the author of thought-leadership on corporate venturing called the “Next Billion Dollar Idea”. He is a mentor to startups at the London Business School incubator and works closely with HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco’s CleanEquity initiative.
