Norris is Founder & CEO of the global banking service Monese. With Monese, anyone can open a bank account in as little as 120 seconds on their mobile phone, with just a photo ID and a video selfie. Monese was founded after Norris’ first-hand experience of the hassle involved with opening a bank account in a new country. Monese is portable across 20 countries and available in 12 languages. Norris believes banking should be truly global, and that technology should provide modern, convenient and affordable banking services for all. He is passionate about financial education and is founder of the Artha Foundation, a charity that promotes financial literacy in schools.

Since 2008, Norris has co-founded and built a number of financial and technology companies in the UK.
