Johnny joined the Microsoft for Scaleup team in July 2015. Operationally he has taken the programme from “London Programmatic Startup” to “Bespoke EMEA Scaleup”. Throughout these three and a half years he has supported 100s of “high-potential tech startup/scaleup companies” helping them grow and scale.

Prior to Microsoft he spent 18 years in Financial Service, which for the latter 10 years he headed up IT, Facilities, Business Continuity and Data Protection in a scaleup Commercial Bank in the heart of London.
In his spare time, Johnny enjoys, working out, watching boxsets, reading and eating healthy food.
