Webit Speaker, One Vip Macedonia / Residential Sales Director and Marketing Director

Elena Panova is the Residential Sales Director and Marketing Director at one.Vip. In her role she develops the business strategy, the marketing and sales plans for the success of the residential sales. She is also responsible for the Residential and Business proposition and CRVM, the marketing communications, mobile devices, content and CPEs.

Her journey at one.Vip started back in 2011 as Product Marketing Specialist. Since then she was appointed as Project and Planning Coordinator, then Residential Segment Manager and Marketing Director.

Prior to her time at one.Vip, she was Head of Procedures and Processes at ProCredit Bank.

Elena is an alumni of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, as well as in English Language and Literature. Her master’s degree is in Human Resources Management.
