Dobromira is a Principle MENA at Arthur D. Little’ TIME practice and currently based in our Dubai office. Her extensive project experience spans Eastern and Western Europe, the Nordics and MENA supporting clients across the telecom and media value chain. Her interests lie in the fields of strategy development for telecom operators and media companies with a focus on growth strategy, content investments, transformation support, and technology management (OTT platforms, targeted advertising).
