Kaushal is a Serial Entrepreneur and an Investor. Over the last three decades, Kaushal has founded over 20 ventures across USA, Europe and Asia with multiple exits and an IPO in 1987.

Kaushal laid the foundation of ‘The Scaale Group’ in 2006, which is a Growth Consultancy helping companies through executing innovative global strategies and has its presence in over 8 countries and 14 cities around the world. He is also the founder of successful companies, providing distributed talent, called ‘Talent Anywhere Inc.’, ‘Cross Border Angles Inc.’ which connects start-up ecosystem around the world and ‘The iPlex’ which provides customized workspace solutions.

Mr. Kaushal Chokshi is also a prolific speaker and has been on the panel at G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit. He regularly speaks and judges various pitch competitions at numerous start-up summits in Helsinki, Istanbul, Antalya, Dublin, Moscow, Kiev, Warsaw, Gdansk, Tel Aviv, Beijing, Madrid and other locations.
