Paul Dowling is Managing Partner of Dreamstake Ventures and CEO of Mindstream_AI. He has been instrumental in helping to grow the London startup scene for the past 10 years and has contributed as a speaker at international events such as Mobile World Congress.  He is a mentor for Imperial College and UCL as well as a judge on many startup competitions.  Paul has a particular interest in artificial intelligence and other advanced frontier technologies.  He is working with several large health organisations to help support the next generation of technologies in the sector. Before his involvement in startups, Paul was a management consultant at Cap Gemini and has an MBA from Kingston University in London.
