Born in 1972, Tarek Daouk has a degree in Business Administration from the American University Of Beirut. In 1999, he joined Starcom Mediavest Group (SMG), a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, the leading communication planning and media buying group in the Middle East And North Africa.
He’s responsible for the overall business performance of MediaVest, with five offices in the MENA region. In this role, Tarek looks after the agency's P&L, senior client relationship, growth strategy, and product excellence.
Daouk launched Liquid Thread in MENA, which is the content specialist arm within Starcom MediaVest Group. Liquid Thread MENA creates technology-based solutions for advertisers to create, curate, and distribute the right content for their brands and inspire their audiences to share their experiences.
