Sofia Hristova has 8 years professional experience in insurance. She joined Generali Bulgaria in 2009. Sofia is Head of Online Insurance and CRM since 2011. During these years she managed introducing of online strategy of the company and launched the first steps in building the digital ecosystem of the Group.
In last 4 years her focus is mainly over the strategy to build new way of relationships between customers, intermediaries and the company, through improvement and development of traditional communication channels and introduction of innovative, more open and direct solutions which are proving Generali Bulgaria as an insurance company living in a community with its customers.
