Jairson Vitorino, 42, CTO of Elife and PhD in Artificial Intelligence. Today works as the Chief Data Scientist of Elife, overseeing the development of Buzzmonitor, a suite for Social Data Analysis. He also is responsible for the international expansion of the product in Europe. He lives currently in Germany.

Rupert holds a BA in German Language and Management Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
