Bernd Heinrichs has 20 years of professional experience in the high tech communications market. He was actively involved in early research on and development of TCP/IP and ATM protocols when he was with Technical University of Aachen, Germany. After that he managed several engineering projects for Ericsson. It followed a move to Cisco in 1996, where he was running different Sales, Channel, Business Development and Marketing Operations. Since August 2013 he is Managing Director for Internet of Things Sales and R&D in EMEAR.
