Responsible for strategy and business development at ISB, he is currently dedicating his efforts at cultivation Innovation Culture in Bulgarian business society, educational institutions and startup ecosystem.

After an academic career in Technical University of Sofia, he joined Mtel (the largest telecom provider in Bulgaria) as website editor. During the next 11 years he occupied position of Head of "Portals and Content” department," Head of “M-Tel+" and "Vodafone Live!" departments, Deputy Division Director of "Telecommunication Solutions and Products" Division and Director of "Products and Services” Division.

He finished his career in the telecom sector as Director New Business Development and Innovation – responsible for strategic development of new business opportunities for the Operator.

Subsequently he occupied executive position in the entertainment sector and continued his work in the field of innovation and new products development.

His main interests and knowledge are in the areas of Strategy and Innovation, New Product Development, Digital and Mobile Technology Trends.
