Ivan Genadiev is the founding partner of Teres Capital, leading the effort in the firm’s approaching closing of the region’s first dedicated early-growth VC fund. Ivan has over eight years of experience in investment banking and management in the United States and Europe, and has advised on mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and capital raises in excess of $30 billion across various industries worldwide. Ivan has led Teres’ pre-fund VC investments in the run-up to fund closing, including the investment in Flipps, alongside Launchub, Tim Draper, and Earlybird.
