After graduation from Russian State University for the Humanities, and several years of work in journalism, Ksenia joined Ozon.ru as an editor-in-chief in 2007. In 2010 she became a Chief operating officer at Glavstart and launched Startup Weekend in Russia. Shortly afterwards Ksenia Joined Yandex as a head of Yandex.Factory, a structure responsible for startup market research and financing startups worldwide. Since 2012 Ksenia Yolkina is heading the International networking group at Yandex.
