Glen has worked in advertising for more than two decades in account planning, consumer insight and analytics roles for agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT. In that time he has worked across a broad range of digital and technology clients including Microsoft, Xbox and Sony.
Glen’s role within UM encompasses all areas of research but he has a particular expertise in the development of research and tools that help the understanding of the emerging digital landscape and this includes the Wave study- the largest, longest running and most respected digital research survey in the world. His primary goal, however, is to uncover those insights that stimulate inventive solutions to business and communication challenges therefore Wave has been developed to provide clients a clear roadmap for the development of digital and social communications strategy.
