As Regional Planning Director, Singapore, Christer brings more than 16 years of experience focusing on multiple aspects of digital technology and communications in the Asia-Pacific region. He has led digital development plans, global campaigns, and communications strategies for local and multinational clients including Intel, Dell, Microsoft, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, PepsiCo, Daimler/Mercedes, and Lenovo.

Before joining R/GA in 2012, Christer was at Razorfish and The Upper Storey as Regional Strategy Director, as well as at Tribal DDB (SG/HK/China) in various roles from General Manager to Strategy Lead. He also spent six years with Euro RSCG across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Born in Malaysia and educated in international schools across Asia, Christer completed his studies by earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sydney. Before getting into advertising, he dabbled in a variety of pursuits from nanotechnology to a music career to a digital startup.
